The FreshVion Portable Desktop Range Hood comes with a 3000mAh rechargeable battery, which provides up to 5–6 hours of continuous use on a full charge. This makes it perfect for long cooking sessions without worrying about recharging.
Setting up the FreshVion Portable Desktop Range Hood is easy:
- Insert the connecting rod into the base and secure it.
- Install the main unit onto the connecting rod.
- Adjust the suction power and tilt angle to your desired level (up to 125°).
Once these steps are done, your range hood is ready to use!
No, the FreshVion Portable Desktop Range Hood is designed for indoor use only. It should not be used with open flames, such as outdoor grills or BBQs.
For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning the activated carbon filter every 2–3 weeks. You can remove the front round clasp ring of the filter and wash it gently. This ensures maximum smoke and oil absorption.
If your Desktop Range Hood is not working correctly, first check if it's properly plugged in or charged. If issues persist, contact our support team at freshvion@gmail.com. We'll assist you with troubleshooting or offer a replacement if needed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and delivery status.

Currently, we only ship within the USA. However, we plan to expand to international shipping in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
