Return Policy

This policy explains how to return a product purchased from FreshVion. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid delays or rejection of your return request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in original condition.

  • It must be in the same condition as received

  • Each product is eligible for one replacement only.

Required Proof Before Return

Before initiating a return request, you must provide the following proof:

  • A clear photo of the product upon delivery.

  • A clear photo of the product before shipping it back.

  • A video demonstrating the product’s condition.

These proofs help confirm the product’s condition before and after use, protecting both parties.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email: support@freshvion.com 

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Required photos and video proofs

Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address to send the product back.

Return Shipping Rules

  • You must ship the product only to the address provided by FreshVion.

  • Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.

  • “Return to sender” shipments are not valid returns.

Return Process

1. Request Approval with Proof: Submit your return request with the required photos and video proof.

  • Approval time: 2–3 weeks

2. Receive Return Address: Once approved, we will provide you with the correct warehouse return address.

3. Ship the Product: Send the product to the approved address only.

4. Share Tracking Information: After shipping the product, reply with your tracking details for verification.

5. Product Inspection: Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo an inspection.

6. Processing After Inspection: Return processing will only begin after the product passes inspection.

  • Processing time: 3–4 weeks

Important Notes

  • Returns without proper proof will not be processed.

  • You must communicate with our support team at every stage of the return process.

  • Failure to follow the return steps may result in the rejection of the return request.
